Plans & billing
The difference between the free and paid plan, adding accounts, and billing, cancellation, and refunds.
Plan comparison
There are just two plans: free and paid. Writing journal entries is unlimited even on the free plan; the paid plan unlocks the analysis and replay features along with generous limits.
| Item | Free | Paid |
|---|---|---|
| Journal entries you write | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| CSV uploads per month | 3 | Unlimited |
| Exchange API sync | – | 5 |
| Accounts (wallets) | 1 | 1 + add more (up to 5) |
| Strategies, checklists, tags | 2 each | Unlimited |
| Storage | 100MB | 10GB per account |
| Advanced metric widgets | – | ✓ |
| Heatmap date notes | – | ✓ |
| Performance reports | – | ✓ |
| Chart replay (backtesting) | – | ✓ |
The paid plan includes all of the above. For exchange API sync, see the Exchange API syncguide; the tier of each widget is laid out in the Dashboard & widgetsguide.
Adding accounts
The paid plan includes one account. If you want to keep assets with different currencies or characteristics separate — domestic stocks, overseas stocks, crypto — you can buy additional accounts one at a time under Settings → Billing (up to 5). Prices are shown on the Pricing page.
- Billing period— additional accounts follow your subscription's billing period. On a monthly subscription each account is billed monthly; on a yearly subscription a full year is billed together. The yearly rate is cheaper than 12 months at the monthly rate — switch between monthly and yearly on the Pricing page to see both.
- When you add one — only the days remaining in the current billing period are charged right away, and it is included in your recurring payment from the next billing date. If your next billing date is only days away and the pro-rated amount falls below the card minimum (₩100), the account is added with no charge this time and billed normally from the next billing date.
- When you remove one — it applies from the next billing date, and the period already paid is not refunded. A scheduled removal can be cancelled before that date.
- Refunds — within 7 days of adding an account you can request a refund from your payment history under Settings → Billing. If you have not logged a trade in the account you added, the full amount is refunded; if you have, the days you used are deducted. Once processed, only that one extra account is removed and your subscription stays active. After 7 days, use the removal option above instead.
- Even if you end up over the limit, accounts and records you already created are never deleted. You simply cannot create new accounts while over the limit.
Adding accounts is available on recurring domestic subscriptions. If you are on a fixed-term commitment or paying internationally, please contact support.
2-day free trial
You can try every paid feature free for 2 days. It starts without a credit card, and the trial is offered once per account (and once per email as well). When the trial ends, you automatically return to the free plan. Additional accounts don't apply during the trial, so you use one account.
Payment types — recurring vs fixed-term
For a paid subscription, you choose between two types at checkout.
- Recurring — Billed automatically each billing cycle (monthly/yearly), and you keep using it until you cancel. You are notified in advance before the next payment.
- Fixed-term (commitment) — Choose a number of months from 1 to 12, and it is billed once each month for that many times, then automatically ends and switches to the free plan. (The yearly cycle has no commitment option, so only the recurring type is offered.)
Prices shown on the pricing page include 10% VAT and match the amount actually charged. Payments are processed securely through a payment provider.
Managing your current plan and payments
In the Settings → Billing tab, you can check your current plan and status (on trial, cancellation scheduled, recurring, remaining count on a fixed term, etc.), the next payment date or expiry date, your registered payment method, and payment history.
Cancellation and resuming
When you press "Cancel this month", you keep using it until the next payment dateand then switch to the free plan afterward. There is no separate refund for cancelling mid-term. While a cancellation is scheduled, you can undo it with "Resume subscription".
Refunds
If it is within 7 days of payment and you haven't used the service, you get a full refund; otherwise we refund on a pro-rated basis for the period used. When you request a refund from the payment history in the Billing tab, you can preview the estimated refund amount (VAT included). For detailed criteria, see the Refund policy.
You can check plan prices and start payment on the Planspage.
