Analysis reports

Organize your trading performance into an A4 document and share it.

Analysis reports are a Premium-only feature. For plan details, see Plans & billing.

What you create

An analysis report organizes a chosen period or set of trades into an A4-format report with a cover page. It includes metrics, charts, trading journal cards, and review notes so you can look back on your performance, and you can export it as a PDF or image or share it via a public link.

Two kinds of reports

  • Period report — Organizes a day, week, month, half-year, year, or custom range on a calendar basis (weeks start Monday; half-years are the first and second half). It also shows the change compared with the previous period of the same kind.
  • Order report — Pick specific trades (one or several) to lay out per-trade details along with your entry rationale and review.

How to create one

  1. Select a wallet — Set the scope to all wallets or a specific wallet.
  2. Target period/trades — Choose a period segment, or for an order report, search by symbol and select several trades.
  3. Edit widgets (period report) — Choose the dashboard widgets to include, and save or load frequently used layouts with Save widgets.
  4. Free pages (period report) — Add a blank A4 page to write rich text yourself, and reorder its position.
  5. Daily journal page (period report) — Pick a date from the calendar to include that day's daily journal (plan, notes, review) as an A4 page. The trade records can be collapsed or expanded, and expanding splits them across multiple pages.
  6. Symbol journal page (period report) — Pick a symbol to include its symbol journal as A4 pages, exactly as written.
  7. Title & folder — Leave the title blank to auto-generate it, and use folders to organize reports.
  8. Check the A4 preview on the right and save.

What goes into a report (period report)

  • Cover — Title, kind, period, author, and date.
  • Total balance band — Total balance and period P&L (when balance records exist).
  • Fixed metrics — Period P&L, win rate, profit/loss ratio, and max drawdown, plus the change versus the previous period.
  • Dashboard widgets — The widgets you chose are re-rendered for the report.
  • Trading journal cards — Trades from that period as cards, including emotions, checklists, memos, and charts.
  • Free notes — Pages you wrote yourself are inserted between the body sections.

Fixed metrics only count trades that have been closed. Widgets like position weighting and recent trades — and the trading journal cards — also include open positions you still hold, so the photos and memos you collected during that period are not left out.

Expanding and editing cards

Click a trading journal card to expand it, and use "Brief/Detailed/Replay" to change how much information is shown. Replay turns the card into that trade's candlestick chart, so you can replay it from entry to exit with the playback bar and switch timeframes (1 minute through daily). Printing or saving as PDF captures exactly the frame you were looking at (Premium). Entry rationale, review memos, and free pages can be edited as rich text right in the preview. The expanded state and view mode are preserved exactly when you save.

Saving, Save widgets, and folders

  • You can save reports and reopen them from the list later.
  • Name and save a widget layout with Save widgets to load it as-is into your next report.
  • Create folders to organize reports, and filter by kind with the tabs.

Sharing and exporting

  • Public link — Turning on sharing creates a link that can be viewed without signing in. Even if you turn sharing off, the link is preserved and opens at the same address when you turn it back on. Loss review notes are not included in public reports.
  • PDF/image — You can print the report as a PDF or export it as a PNG image.
  • Reports you've made public can be managed all at once (unpublished) from the Privacy tab in Settings.

When wallet currencies are mixed, report metrics are converted to the base currency for calculation. For currency settings, see Wallet & currency settings.
